Dale Farm Creamy Dreamy Beef Stroganoff

Cook time: 8 hours

Make a classic beef stroganoff with steak and mushrooms for a tasty mid-week meal. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with pappardelle pasta, rice or give it a twist with quinoa.

1) Chop beef, mushrooms, onion and garlic cloves

2) Add all ingredients to your slow cooker and cook on low for 7-8 hours

  • 600g Beef
  • 4 Tablespoons of Dale Farm Crème Fraîche
  • 2 Beef stock pots or Cubes
  • 400ml of Water
  • Half a punnet of Mushrooms
  • 1 x Onion
  • 4 x Garlic Cloves
  • Tbsp of Paprika
  • Tbsp of Wholegrain Mustard
  • Handful of fresh Parsley
  • Tbsp of Cornflour - to thicken
  • Salt & Pepper
