Air Fryer Honey Butter Chicken @BoredofLunch

It’s buttery, its sticky, it has garlic in it. A delicious dinner to have when the whole family are around.

  1. Slice three chicken breasts and soak them in 150ml buttermilk, salt, and pepper. For best results, refrigerate the chicken for an hour to let it marinate.
  2. Then coat the chicken pieces in the flour and garlic granules.
  3. Cook in the Airfryer at 200°C (375°F) for 12 minutes, ensure you spray well and shake halfway so they cook evenly.
  4. To a pan on a medium heat melt Dromona butter along with the honey, soy, garlic and ginger.
  5. Toss in the sauce until covered, serve with rice. Top with sesame seeds and enjoy.

3 chicken breasts

80g Dromona butter (5 1/2 tbsp)

100ml (2/3 cup) buttermilk

Salt and pepper

60g (½ a cup) of plain flour

60g (½ a cup) of cornflour

1 tsp garlic granules

5 tbsp honey

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tsp garlic paste

Serve with 120g (5/8 cup) cooked rice per person
