1) To make the meatballs, put all the ingredients (and plenty of seasoning) in a bowl and mix really well with your hands and roll into small balls
2) Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a deep pan. Cook the meatballs & diced onions until well browned all over
3) Add the the chilli & spices and fry for 1-2 minutes, add pepper, tomatoes and stock. Simmer for 20 minutes
4) Sprinkle Dromona Mature Cheddar Cheese on top and place under the grill until melted and gooey
5) Serve with your side of choice
