Firstly, cook the pasta and leave in a little warm pasta water.
Blend peas then add chopped nuts, garlic and half of the parmesan and olive oil. Season well.
Cook chicken on high heat until cooked through
Gently reheat the pasta and add the pesto. Cook gently for a few minutes and finish with dale farm double cream. Add chicken.
Serve with the remainder of the grated parmesan
400g dried pasta (any type, cooked for 10-12 minutes)
400g raw chicken (optional)
200g frozen peas (defrosted)
2 cloves of garlic (grated)
3 tbsp toasted nuts (any type)
3 tbsp parmesan (grated)
1 tbsp olive oil
