Christmas Brussels Sprouts

Preparation time: 10 MINS

Cook time: 20 MINS

Add Brussel sprouts into water and bring to boil to soften.

Add bacon to the pan and let simmer.

Melt 100g of Dromona butter add salt/pepper and a dollop of garlic puree.

Add all to a bowl and toss until everything is covered.

Add to air fryer for 20mins at 200c.

Until all are golden brown.

Serve into a bowl.

200g Brussels Sprouts

1 packet Bacon Lardons

100g Dromona Butter

Salt

Pepper

Dollop Garlic puree
