Our Future Leaders Graduate Scheme offers graduates the chance to shine.
We offer cross-functional experience throughout Dale Farm, helping graduates collaborate with our experienced teams and explore their talents in different ways. With a combination of formal training, mentoring, and on-the-job experience, our Future Leaders go on to excel in leadership and technical skills – setting them up for the next stage in their career.

APPRENTICESHIPS

Dale Farm offers unique opportunities for school leavers with an appetite to work in the fast-paced environment of Food Manufacturing. As an apprentice, you will receive expert training and the chance to gain formal qualifications. Whether it is a degree in Food Manufacturing and Technology with Loughry College or an industry recognised diploma in Engineering, the opportunities are broad. Our apprentices are ambitious and proactive with a positive approach to work, demonstrating reliability and flexibility.
