We have launched a new initiative - Local Roots Community Support Fund, with the aim of supporting organisations local to our production sites across the UK. Three schools in the vicinity of our sites in Cookstown, Ballymena and Kendal (Cumbria) will each receive £20,000 funding over a three-year period to support a range of activities and investment in IT hardware, school facilities and community projects.

Dale Farm will also aid the careers department at the schools, giving advice to school leavers, leading skills workshops and facilitating factory visits to give students an insight into future opportunities in food manufacturing.
