Pre-heat oven at 200c.
Wrap each chicken breast with 2 pieces of bacon, then place into an oven proof dish. Cook for 30 minutes – longer if you want the bacon a bit crispier.
Feel free to drain off the liquid at this point. Top the chicken with 2 tablespoons of bbq sauce. Then cover the whole thing with your Dromona Cheddar Cheese! Place back in the oven for 5 minutes.
Serve with broccoli and buttery mash!
