You will need a small mixing bowl and a baking tray
Preheat oven to 190°C
Makes 48 biscuits
1. In a small mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder and baking soda. stir and set aside.
2. Whisk together the Dromona butter and sugar until smooth, add in the egg and whisk.
3. Gradually add in the dry ingredients.
4. Using your hands, roll into small balls about a teaspoonful size and set onto a baking tray.
5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
6. Decorate with icing as you like!
