Place meringues on a serving board / plate
In a large whisking bowl, whisk the whipping cream until soft peaks form
Add the food colouring & sugar to the bowl and slowly fold into the whipping cream until you are happy with the colour and consistency – be careful not to over stir
Spoon on to your meringues and add toppings (this is the fun part!)
Serve whatever way you wish & enjoy!
1 pack of meringues (homemade or pre-bought)
250ml dale farm whipping cream
1 – 2 tbsp food colouring of your choice
1 – 2 tbsp caster sugar
Easter toppings such as chocolate eggs or sprinkles (feel free to get creative!)
