1. Firstly, prepare sugar syrup by combining the water & sugar in a small pot. Place over a medium heat and allow to simmer gently until the liquid becomes clear.

2. Stir, remove from the heat and chill.

3. Once chilled, place the ice cubes, Dale Farm Joker ice lolly, vanilla ice cream, vanilla and sugar syrup in a blender and blend until smooth.

4. Once blended, pour into two glasses and top with the blood orange juice,

5. Serve with orange slice/wedge as garnish.
