Pancakes
Sift flour, salt, baking powder into large bowl with the sugar
Combine with the remaining wet ingredients
Whisk until lump free and lastly fold through the chocolate chips
Place pancake mix into a clean jug for easy pouring
Place in a moderately hot pan and cook 2-4 minutes on one side until bubbles start to appear
When the bubbles appear, its time to flip!
Cook for a few more minutes
Salted Caramel
Caramelise sugar in ‘ clean saucepan
Whisk in the butter
Add the dale farm cream and bring to the boil
Finish with some sea salt (optional)
Sweet Cream
Whisk the cream until ribbon stage
Add the sugar and zest then fold through
Add fruit – use whatever you have at hand, we used bananas, blueberries and strawberries
Assemble
Build the Pancakes with different layers of fruit
Finish with some extra dale farm cream and a drizzle of hot salted caramel sauce!

1 large egg
135g plain flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp of baking powder
2 tbsp caster sugar
130ml dale farm buttermilk
2 tbsp melted butter
2-4 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
Salted Caramel Sauce
100g butter
100g caster sugar
100g dale farm double or single cream
Sweet Cream Sauce
150ml dale farm whipping cream
2-3 tbsp icing sugar
Zest of lemon, lime and orange
Fruit of your choice
