Darragh's Bacon, Mushroom & Cheese Stuffed Sourdough

Delicious creamy garlic mushrooms, with bacon served with a creamy cheesy sauce. This combo just works wonderfully!

1) Place the baguettes on chopping board and cut an oblong hole from the top of the rolls. Scoop out the bread, ensuring you don’t scoop right through.

2) Mix together the mushrooms, bacon, cream cheese, sour cream, mayo and garlic in a bowl stir in 3/4 of the cheese and season.

3) Spoon the mixture into the bread rolls and top with the remaining cheese.

4) Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until golden.

  • 8/10 mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, diced
  • 120g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Mayo
  • 1 garlic, minced
  • 75g Dromona cheddar cheese
  • Salt & Pepper
