My first impression was that Dale Farm is a professionally run, ambitious business with a strong reputation in the dairy market. I was particularly struck by the company’s commercial focus, the scale of its customer base, and the emphasis on building long-term strategic partnerships.
How do you think this programme will prepare you for your future success at Dale Farm?
A key part of this programme is the mentoring element, in which my mentor will give me valuable insights, guidance, and perspective on how to develop my career at Dale Farm. Combined with the modules and exposure to different areas of the business, I feel it’s preparing me to take on greater responsibility and contribute to the company’s long-term success.
