What does a day in your role look like?
No two days are ever the same in my role as a Corporate Marketing & Communications Executive. A typical day involves managing our digital platforms, coordinating communications, and planning events. I work closely with teams across the business to deliver projects and ensure our messaging reflects the strength of our cooperative and our farmers at the heart of it.
How did you get to where you are today?
I’ve always had an interest in marketing, communications, and events. Growing up in the countryside and spending time on a dairy farm gave me an early appreciation for agriculture. Over time, I’ve been able to bring those two interests together, and my role at Dale Farm allows me to combine my professional skills with a real connection to the industry. I really value the opportunity to work closely with our Dale Farm producers, who are at the core of everything we do.
What is your greatest achievement at Dale Farm?
One of my greatest achievements has been helping to plan and deliver successful events that bring together farmers, customers, and stakeholders including Balmoral Show and Winter Fair. Seeing everything come together on the day and everyone enjoying the event, makes all the hard work worthwhile.
