What was your first impression of Dale Farm?
I completed my placement year with Dale Farm then came back to the business after I graduated. I would say Dale Farm is a warm and welcoming company with lots of great people and great opportunities for learning and developing the skills to succeed.
How are you finding the Future Leaders Programme so far?
So far have enjoyed meeting and connecting with others on the programme. The kick-off session in project management was also really informative and will be key in helping with our business improvement projects.
