How long have you been at Dale Farm? Tell us about your Journey with Dale Farm.
I’ve been here 44 years. I was originally in the computer department before I moved into an office services vacancy. I am now the Receptionist in Dale Farm House, answering all incoming queries and greeting all visitors!
How much has Dale Farm changed over the years?
It has changed massively. 40 years ago we had thousands of farmers and maybe 200 in the workforce, and now we have over 1,000 employees so there’s been a lot of growth since then. Obviously, there have been advancements in IT, with new technology still being introduced today.
What do you enjoy about working here?
We are a good company, with good working conditions for our people. I speak to someone new every day and I enjoy chatting to people around our different sites. I also think we have a very warm and welcoming culture, and everyone has something nice to say. For me, Dale Farm is a company that always wants to get the best out of the staff.
